Adding Users

During the process of setting up your account, your account manager will add users for your Care Connect company portal. They also can add or delete users at any time according to your request. If you do not know your account manager, send us a message..

In some cases, a care navigator works on behalf of multiple companies. In this case, the account manager can add them to multiple company accounts.

If a patient user previously used the public mdsave.com website for voucher purchases, the account manager can migrate their patient account to an MDsave for Employers/Business admin account.

Care Connect Permissions Types

Users can be assigned the following permission levels:

  • Search only - This is implemented via a secondary Care Connect network with purchasing disabled
  • Search and purchase
  • Search, purchase, and view invoices

Tendo Marketplace currently does not support a permission type that allows users to view invoices but does not allow them to purchase.

Deleting a User Account

Contact your account manager to delete a user account. They can either delete the account completely or remove it from a single company if the account has access to multiple companies.

Account Activation Email

When users are added, they receive an invitation email so that they can activate their account.

If users have not completed activation of their account after receiving the email, your account manager can resend the invitation email.
