Other Considerations

Your account manager can configure your account for these purposes:

  • Showing Group Healthcare Plan Disclaimers
  • Requiring providers to add ICD-9/10 and CPT® codes to vouchers. This is a requirement for some payers.
  • Including the Plan of Care Identifier on the Voucher page, Excel Voucher invoice, Patient Carts, and the Voucher PDF.
  • Company logo, company information and links to the associated employer member portal.
  • Allowing a provider group to purchase vouchers on behalf of your company.
