Other Considerations
Your account manager can configure your account for these purposes:
- Showing Group Healthcare Plan Disclaimers
- Requiring providers to add ICD-9/10 and CPT® codes to vouchers. This is a requirement for some payers.
- Including the Plan of Care Identifier on the Voucher page, Excel Voucher invoice, Patient Carts, and the Voucher PDF.
- Company logo, company information and links to the associated employer member portal.
- Allowing a provider group to purchase vouchers on behalf of your company.
