Tendo Marketplace makes available patient education materials to share with patients in hospitals and provider offices. Here's how you can order them:
The Marketing Storefront and Materials
What is the Marketing Storefront?
It’s a self-service online platform offering free marketing materials that promote your facility’s partnership with MDsave and/or Care Connect on the Tendo Marketplace. These materials are available in both English and Spanish.
Access the Marketing Storefront in the Provider portal under the Marketing Materials tab.
What materials are available for order?
All materials are branded with the MDsave or Care Connect logo and are designed to support patient education within hospital settings and provider offices. Many of these materials can also be co-branded with your facility’s logo upon request, helping reinforce trust and alignment with your local brand.

Are the materials free?
- All items are free of charge, included in your Tendo Marketplace partnership — except for pop-up banners.
- For pop-up banners, you may:
- Cover your own printing and shipping costs
- Or request design files to print them yourself
Placing an Order
What order quantities are available?
All print materials are available to order in quantities of 100 or 300. Simply select your preferred amount when adding the item to your cart.
How do I place an order?
- Go to the storefront homepage and select the Standard or Co-branded Materials category.
- Click the thumbnail for the item you want to order.
- Enter the quantity, fill in the placeholder fields (if applicable), and click Add to Cart.
- From your cart, you can:
- Update quantities
- Edit or remove items
- Save your order
- Proceed to Checkout
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account when checking out. Follow the link provided on the login page to create a new account if needed.
How long will it take to receive my materials?
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after they are placed, unless additional clarification is required before production.
Can I get extra quantities or rush delivery?
If you need a larger quantity than the maximum or have a required delivery date, email: marketing@tendo.com for support.
Will I receive order confirmations?
Yes. You will receive an automated confirmation email and a shipping confirmation with tracking information, both sent from orders@pelprint.com.
Co-branded Materials
What are co-branded materials?
Co-branded materials feature your facility’s logo alongside the Tendo Marketplace brands. These materials help patients feel confident that using MDsave or Care Connect to purchase their care is safe, secure, and supported by your organization. They also strengthen your facility’s branding and show support for self-pay patients.
Before placing a co-branded order, we recommend working with your facility’s marketing team to get approval and collaborate on design elements.
What co-branded materials are available?
All of our materials can be co-branded with your facility’s logo to align with your local branding and enhance patient trust.
How do I create a co-branded material?
- Go to the storefront homepage and select the Co-branded Materials category.
- Click the thumbnail for the item you want to order.
- Enter your facility name and upload your white, transparent logo file (PNG or PDF format is required) to ensure the design appears as intended.
- Click Review & Approve. You can now review a proof of your customized material before proceeding.
What are the logo requirements?
A white, transparent logo file (PDF or PNG format) is required to ensure the design appears as intended.
- PDF is the preferred file type. This format is vector-based, meaning it can be scaled as needed without losing quality. Other file types (AI, EPS, SVG) can be converted to this format.
- PNG must have a transparent background. If uploading a PNG, the dimensions must meet the following specifications:
- 1.75” / 500px width
- .5” / 144px height
- Note: If your file does not meet these requirements it may appear pixelated or low quality when printed.
- If you need help converting or formatting your logo, email marketing@tendo.com.
How do I place an order?
- Once you’ve selected your desired items, click Checkout or the shopping cart icon in the navigation.
- You can update the quantity, edit or remove the item, or save the order.
- Click Checkout when ready.
- Log in to your storefront account or create one.
- On the Checkout Summary page, you can:
- Add a comment for special requests
- Select or add a shipping address
- Click Checkout to complete.
Are co-branded materials free?
Yes. All co-branded items are free and included in your Tendo Marketplace partnership, except for pop-up banners.
For pop-up banners, you must either:
- Pay for printing and shipping
- Or request design files to produce them yourself
When will my order arrive?
Co-branded materials typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, unless further clarification is needed for your logo or design.
How will I receive updates on my order?
You will receive an automated confirmation email when your order is submitted. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Can I access and reorder past co-branded materials?
Yes. Log into your account and navigate to your account icon in the navigation (indicated by the user icon). In the menu that appears, select My Orders. To reorder, click the shopping cart icon. Or, to see the details of a previous order, click the order number.
