Deductible Checker

Provider staff especially for larger hospital systems have a way to check patients' insurance deductibles. Smaller ancillary providers might not necessarily have the same kind of access, but can use the Deductible Checker under the Deductible tab at the top of the page. You can enter a patient’s insurance, name, and member number, and it will return their deductible.

It will tell you what the patient’s remaining deductible is both on their individual and family plan. Using Tendo Marketplace may be a good option if the cost of a procedure is less than the patient’s deductible.

The deductible checker is not related to patient eligibility for a procedure and whether the procedure would be covered by their insurance.

Click the Marketing Materials tab at the top of the Provider page to request free marketing materials to provide for your patients.
