Procedures
- A patient needs a procedure that is not currently offered on Tendo Marketplace and you need to add the procedure.
- Providers have requested that new procedures be added to Tendo Marketplace.
Providers
- Providers want to know more about Tendo Marketplace and then sign up to list their procedures, We work with them to sign them up and create their procedure bundles.
- New users need to be added and trained in how to use Tendo Marketplace.
- You need contracts set up for independent providers who work with your facility.
- A patient presents a voucher for a procedure to be performed by a provider who is no longer at your facility. We can remove the provider from the system, give the patient a refund, and create a new voucher for another provider.
- A voucher is incorrectly redeemed or there are issues with tax IDs and non-contracted providers.
Patients
Refer patients to Tendo Support when they:
- Run into issues purchasing a voucher. We can walk them through it and resolve the problem.
- Have a voucher with the wrong procedure. We handle refunds and issue new correct vouchers.
