Care Connect Help

Help is at your fingertips while you work in Care Connect. Click the Help button in the lower right corner when you need assistance. You will see a popup screen with two tabs - Answers and Ask:

Answers contains help documentation specific to the page that you are on in your Care Connect account. Click on one of the article titles or search for the topic you want at the bottom of the popup screen, then select the article that you want.

The article will display. If you want to see it at a larger size, click the expand icon in the upper right.  Click any image to see if at a larger size, then click out of it to return to the article.

To see an article full screen in the Care Connect documentation library, click the title. The article will open in a new tab.

Ask - Click this tab to open an email form that you can use to ask our Support Team any questions or issues that you encounter. They will respond as soon as possible.

You can print or create a pdf of any article in the library by clicking the print icon in its upper right corner.
