Co-Branded Sites for Provider Groups and Hospital Systems

Tendo Marketplace can configure a co-branded private label site for individual provider groups or hospital systems. This provides a branded landing page with a custom mdsave.com domain that will deliver a custom marketplace experience for patients of your hospital group. Co-branded sites can be linked from your provider website, and can be used for your custom marketing campaigns.

If you are interested in a co-branded site, contact your account manager to help you set up one that meets your organization’s needs.

The following will be needed to set up your site:

• Hospitals Included - Selecting a specific custom hospital system or group will restrict the procedures and providers that display in the site’s search functionality. Purchases will be limited to that system or group.
• Custom URL - Our engineers will configure an mdsave.com subdomain, e.g. https://yourorganizationname.mdsave.com for your site. Any user going to that URL will be restricted to a Tendo Marketplace experience that is fully customized for your organization’s needs.
• Disclaimer Text - You can provide custom text that is shown to users and that will override our generic disclaimer.
• Phone Number - You can provide a custom phone number to replace the Tendo Support number.
• Email Address - You can provide a custom email address to replace Tendo Support email addresses on your private site.
• Show Sign In - The account manager can enable this option will allow patients to log into the custom domain site instead of mdsave.com’s generic site.

Custom Systems

Tendo can create a public-facing custom system on mdsave.com for a hospital system that would like to have one for branding or other reasons.

An example is https://www.mdsave.com/ascension-saint-thomas.

A custom system can:

• Enable granting providers, general staff and administrators access to multiple groups' dashboards, vouchers, procedures, etc.
• Be the basis for a co-branded site.
• Define the groups that will appear in a Care Connect portal.

Setting Up Provider Purchase of Care Connect vouchers

Providers can purchase Care Connect vouchers within the Tendo Marketplace provider portal if:

• They have opted to do so, and Tendo has configured this capability.
• Care Connect companies have authorized the provider to make these purchases.
